Tokyo Automach Co., Ltd has developed a wood carver, using high-speed reciprocation technology, and holds the patent. This equipment is capable of carving wood blocks with one third of the force and able to produce two to five times more speed than a hand carver. The blade tip reciprocates at high speed only when it is pressed against hard wood, soft stone etc., therefore the safety of using this equipment is guaranteed.

Cut down loss of materials - DIA SAW has a feature of thickness from 0.18 to 0.4mm and saves cutting loss of expensive materials least possible. *No large operating space is needed. The core of machines is made of light aluminium. Easy to move and installation of casters wherever wanted.
Available with special jig and accessories - By installing a special jig or other accessories, the machine can be customised to suite variety of applications.
Original saw blades are available at inexpensive costs - RYOWA’s orginal saw blades are always in full stock with approximate 40 varieties, suitable for any use at inexpensive costs and can also save running production costs.
Available either in water-cooled or air-cooled system - DIA CUT machine generally operates in water-cooled system but air-cooled installation is optionally available.
